Chase Harris Cole
January 04, 2001 ~ April 26, 2026
Chase Harris Cole of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, went to be with the Lord on April 26, 2026. Chase had an incredible gift for friendship and touched many lives in his 25 years. He was passionate about watching, playing and coaching basketball and loved going to Miami Heat games, spending time with his family and many friends, physical fitness, playing golf and spending time at the beach. A 2019 graduate of Dwyer High School, Chase studied at Palm Beach State College and at Instituto Marangoni Miami. For the past few years Chase worked in property and household management for a private residence and family on Singer Island. He recently started working a 2nd job at Spencer’s Sports & Skills, coaching young people in lacrosse and basketball. He was just starting to come into his own when his life was tragically cut short in an accident. Left to cherish his memory are his parents Lisa and Brewster Cole of Palm Beach Gardens, brothers Shaw and Colin, Grandparents Rudy Schupp of Key Largo, FL and Marika and Howard Stone of Palm Beach Gardens, Harriet Cole of Naples, FL and many extended family members and life-long friends through school and sports. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Susan Schupp and paternal grandfather G. Brewster Cole of Naples, and maternal grandfather William S. Cohen of West Palm Beach, FL. Chase poured himself into the lives of others with his caring heart, happy go lucky nature and ready smile and warmth, always willing to share a hug and meet others where they were. He had a bold faith in Jesus Christ and shared the love of Jesus with others. We take comfort that we will be reunited one day for eternity. A Celebration of Chase’s Life will take place at First Presbyterian Church North Palm Beach on Saturday, May 2 at 2pm.

I watched this sweet sweet child grow up from when he was just a baby. Beautiful blonde curly hair and always with a smile. He was so polite and such a joy to be around. He had such a positive impact on my whole family and his family was just an extension of ours. We loved him like our own and our lives will never be the same. RIP angel till we meet again❤️

I’m so sad to hear of this really tragic event. I’ve known the Cole family since I was about six years old and had the privilege of watching Cole grow up and though we haven’t been close recently It breaks my heart that his life was cut short. He was always kind to me and I remember he carried so much life and fun. Me and my team in the mission field along with my family back home have been, and will continue to be praying for Bruce, Lisa, Shaw and Colin. Much Love

The family of Chase Cole has a long and distinguished history of leadership and service in our community. You raised Cole well. His passion for sports and coaching is a testament to his good character and the purity of his young soul. His untimely death hurts my heart. I cannot imagine how hard this is for you. Please know I share deepest sympathy with you as you deal with this unexpected loss. Sincerely, BillBone

I was never one of Chase closest friends but I did see him a lot at his home/ the farm that I work and ride at. He was always a joy to be around and one of the funniest people there. He will be missed very much. My last conversation with him was about not letting my new baby turkeys around Joey cause he would try to eat them. Which is why one will be named Chase. As long as I’m living in Florida there will never be a time that there aren’t any fresh flowers on his memorial.

To know Chase just even in a short time felt like a blessing from God. When you meet a person like Chase, there is a bond that will never be broken no matter how close of a friend you may be. My fiancé & I met Chase through Joey and instantly felt like we’ve known Chase- he is & will forever be an angel to all. We’re thankful to have met him & to hold onto fun memories shared together.

Chase was such a light of love and joy every time I ran into him at the skatepark or the gym. We may not have been close friends, but I considered him a close brother because of the faith in Jesus we shared. I am so sad to have learned that he passed, but I am happy to know he is no longer suffering in this broken world we are still being tested in. I pray that anyone who reads this understands that: Chase Cole was a rare man of God who chose love over hate and was rewarded with early access to eternal peace and glory with God! We can all learn from people like Chase. Jesus is King! Can’t wait to see you again bro, we will be shredding together someday soon.

I am grateful enough to have known Chase through Gayle and Deondre. The little interactions that I have had with him have left me with great memories. He was a light to this world and his smile alone could write up any room he walked into. Then you match that with his presence and you were in for a treat. I love how he would always greet and leave you with a hug. His friendship with his boys is one that is so admirable and what any person could dream of having. To his family and friends, I’m so sorry for your loss. I pray God covers you in His love and is a rock that helps you get through this devastating time

Chase… I can’t even bear to think of this as the truth. I first met Chase when he and Cailyn were in 7th grade, always the life of the party, always an amazing friend and big brother to my younger kids turned mentor and work out partner to my son. So many movie nights, trips to Halloween Horror nights, Universal, beach days, holiday parties the list goes on. The kids lived at my house and I was their mom. We will miss you so much and will never let your light dull. Rest easy sweet boy we will hold your family strong. Love, Sabrina, Cailyn, Emma, Ethan, Riley & Sophia

Bruce, Lise, Shaw, and Collin,
We were heartbroken to hear about Chase. Watching him grow up in our church, he was always someone who stood out as kind, full of life, and deeply loved by so many.
There really aren’t words for a loss like this, but please know that you are not alone in it.
We are holding you all close in our hearts and praying for you for comfort, strength, and peace in the middle of something that feels impossible.
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18
Chase mattered. He still does.
And he always will.
With love,
Robby and Jenny
