Jacob “Jake” Patrick Weaver
July 03, 1999 ~ November 02, 2025
It is with unimaginable sorrow that we share the unexpected passing of our beloved son, Jacob “Jake” Patrick Weaver, of Boynton Beach, FL, on November 2, 2025, at the age of 26. Jake was born on July 3, 1999, in Boston, MA, and grew up surrounded by love, friendship, and a passion for life.
A 2017 graduate of Longmeadow High School, Jake was a dedicated athlete and a proud member of the LHS Cross Country and Diving teams. He also played hockey and lacrosse throughout his youth. Following high school, he attended the University of Tampa, where he continued to make lasting friendships and share his contagious sense of humor.
Jake’s kindness, wit, and gentle soul touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be remembered for his big heart, easy smile, and the light he brought to every room.
He is survived by his heartbroken parents, Timothy and Karen Weaver of Longmeadow, MA; his beloved brothers, Sam and Max; his grandparents, Barbara Mitchell of Haverhill, MA, Robert Mitchell of Hooksett, NH, David Weaver and Pat Dunn of Morrison, CO and Gail and William Carr of Westfield, MA; along with many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who adored him.

Hi, my name is Sterling and I attended the inspire program with him in West Palm Beach, Florida back in 2021. Jake was a bright light and he always knew how to make people laugh. He was also a caring and beautiful young soul. This is absolutely heartbreaking and I’m so sorry.

Dear Weavers,
I remember Jake so well… he was a little guy of 3 or 4 when we lived across the street. Such a happy kid, with sparkling eyes and a quick giggle. He will be missed and I will always cherish my memories of he and Kaela and Elliott’s great friendship as children.
Sending you so much love!
