The sun shines down upon us
and gives us warmth and light.
Then when the day has ended,
it disappears from sight.

Though we’re left in darkness,
we know the sun has not died,
for it is shining brightly
on the world’s other side.

So it is when one we love
comes to their end of days.
They just go to the other side
to shine their loving rays.

Beverly Corbie-Innocent- Former colleague and friend.
I wish to offer my deepest condolences to Mrs. Moo too Singh and the rest of Sattish’s family. I just received the very sad news and is still trying to process it. I met Sattish in the pharmaceutical industry in the 1980s. He began his career as a Medical Representative at Abbott Laboratories and eventually left to work at SmithKline Beecham where we worked together for approximately 5 years, before deciding to migrate to the US. Sattish would always call or visit whenever he came to Trinidad and I would bring him up to speed with the latest news in the pharma industry. We lost touch when he moved to West Palm Beach. Over the last few months, I have been trying to reach out to him without success. I guess it wasn’t to be. RIP my friend
