Cecil Glen Dawson

March 04, 1945 ~ October 17, 2022

Cecil “Glen” Dawson, devoted husband and father passed away peacefully at home on October 17, 2022, at the age of 77 years old. He is survived by his high school sweetheart and devoted wife of 57 years, Marine “Josie” Dawson. He was a beloved father to Shannon McIsaac (Allan) and Shane (Jill) and grandfather to Ryan and Rachel Ruano and Aidan Romero. He is all so survived by siblings Billy(Brenda) Dawson, Betty (Joe Story), sister-in-law Ada Jane Floren and 14 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Lester and Ruby Dawson and older brother, David Dawson.

He was a faithful member of Palm Beach Lakes Church of Christ in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and truly loved the Lord and serving others. He was a special friend to many.

He owned “Glen’s Pump Service” in Miami for many years, prior to retiring in Jupiter. He enjoyed spending time with family fishing, landscaping, repairing things and watching college football. A small, family celebration of his wonderful life will take place in Jupiter.

We grew up together and did a lot. We used to go to his grandparents farm and ran around and visiting other of his family members. He will be sadly miss. God has him now forever in his arms. Love and will be missed.
