Please accept my deepest condolences to Cheryl’s family. Cheryl and I used to laugh together about how I saved her name in my phone’s contact list as Cheryl, Beach Chick. She was a fun-loving beach buddy.

Fran Craig - "almost cousins"

So sorry to hear this. I know you must all be devastated, because she loved all her family so much. We had wonderful times in Pal Park and were “close to cousins”. Our grandfathers (Dominic Casamento and Mr. Ravese) spent a lot of time together hunting in Northport (??) Long Island. I don’t know if they were related or just “paisons” from the same part of Italy. My husband Jim and I had lunch with Cherie and Billy two times that we had been in Florida for winter vacations. The last time I saw her was a few years ago when she was visiting Phyllis and we (and some other friends) had lunch at the Shore. Happy times, so long ago, but friends for such a long time, too. She had a beautiful smile and a beautiful heart. She will be missed.
