David Allen Jewell

In Loving Memory of David Allen Jewell 78 of Moore Haven, Florida, who passed away peacefully on August 14, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents Elwyn and Ina Jewell and sister Wilma Sines.

He is survived by his children David K Jewell and Aimee (Kevin) Munson; his sister and two brothers; his dear friends Mark and Linda Johnson and Cindy Givens; and many extended family members and friends.

He worked for years as a drywall finisher alongside his longtime friend Jeff Brown before moving to Florida. He was also an Army veteran awarded a purple heart during his service.

He will be remembered for being a wealth of knowledge and humor and a bit for his
stubbornness. He was an avid watcher of basketball and old westerns. He will be deeply missed and held dear in our hearts.

Per his wishes, cremation will take place and his ashes scattered in the Atlantic Ocean.
