Karen Renee Smith

Karen Renee Smith, a beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on April 11, 2025 in West Palm Beach, Florida at the age of 64.  Born on April 10,1961 in Dayton, Ohio, Karen was a gentle spirit who touched the lives of many with her kindness and unwavering compassion.

Karen was a unique soul who held a deep passion for animals, always ready to lend a helping hand to any creature in need. She enjoyed nature, art, and music. Though she preferred a life away from the spotlight, those who knew her felt her love.

Karen is survived by Ashley Steigerwald (daughter), Sean Speacht (son), Cheryl Haar (sister), Janet Smith (sister), Roger Smith (brother), Jennifer Smith (sister), and Laurel Sherman (sister). Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Constance and Roger Smith.

We will always carry her memory in our hearts.
