Kimberly Hope MacDermott

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kimberly (Kim, Kimmy) Hope MacDermott, age 45, on May 8th, 2024, at her home. She leaves behind her beloved daughter, Ashlyn Murry, her mother Wendy Stephany, her stepfather James Stephany, her sister Christina Broehm/Bredeweg, her brother James/JB MacDermott, and her father Jim MacDermott. Kim was a cherished niece/cousin to many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members. Kimberly, affectionately known as Kim/Kimmy by her friends and family, was born on November 10th, 1978, in West Palm Beach, Florida. She was a lifelong resident of the area. Her kind heart and warm smile will be deeply missed. To celebrate Kim’s life, the family will be holding a Celebration of Life on Saturday, June 8th, 2024, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. The event will take place at 2077 Carambola Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406. In lieu of flowers or other gifts, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Kim’s daughter Ashlyn’s college fund.
