Please accept my deepest condolences during this grievous time. I understand how painful it is to lose someone you love. Something that brings me great comfort is the promise found at John 5:28, 29: “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs (graves) will hear his voice and come out.” Yes, soon you will have the chance to welcome Thelma back in perfect health to a beautiful new paradise earth. At that time, God promises to “swallow up death forever.” (Isaiah 25:8) Until that time, may you find much comfort in the Bible’s promises and in the “God of all comfort,” Jehovah God. (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4) Again, my deepest condolences are with your family during this most difficult time.
