Tyler William Thomas

Tyler William Thomas

February 23, 1989 ~ August 08, 2020

Our beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, Tyler William Thomas, 31, passed away tragically on Saturday, August 8, 2020. Those who knew Tyler lost a shining light in their lives. His close relationship with the Lord gives us peace knowing he is at home in heaven. Born February 23, 1989, Tyler was a Jupiter native that could often be found surfing the local beaches. He spent his summers in The Bahamas diving and fishing with his family. Tyler also had a passion for music and dancing (usually barefoot!) If you were lucky enough to see him at Food Shack, he was guaranteed to put a smile on your face. He spent the last 4 years in the mountains of Virginia where he excelled in the construction trade. He is survived by his father Jerry (Teresa), his mother Sandy, his brother Jerry (Crystal), their children Jerry, Jemma, and Jade, his sister Dacia, his sister Brittany Black (Chris), their children Bryson, Kane, and Andi, and his sister Hayley. A celebration of Tyler’s life will be held at Blue Pointe Bar and Grill located at 18701 SE Federal Hwy, Jupiter on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 10:00 am.

My heartfelt sorrow for your loss!! God bless you Sandy and siblings, I lost my oldest brother and sister at young ages, 38 and 44 respectively! You think of them every day and know they’re watching over you, but you’re always sad about it cuz they don’t get the opportunity to go through the aging process with us!!! But time will make it less painful when you see the hell on this earth that they were able to escape and watch all of us crazies scramble around on this earth as they are at peace with their creator and all those before them! Then you think they’re the lucky ones!! Sound nuts, don’t I??? I can say you’ll always think of him and wonder and wonder and wonder!!! God bless the whole family! If there’s anything I do I’m only 7 digits away and a few miles away! Please try to find peace with in yourselves and share feelings and that will ease the questioning, anger and wonderment!! God bless all!!!

The entire Thomas family have been true friends and upstanding staples of our Jupiter/Tequesta community for generations. From church and youth group as kids to welcoming us into their home for family and friend gatherings after long days in and on the water. We are truly heartbroken and we mourn together with you all. May God bless and hold Ty in the palm of his hand.
